Who this site is for
We wrote this site for parents, and for adults asking about a franchise or a company tie-up.
It is not a service for children to use, and it does not offer a child account.
What the enquiry form stores
If you submit a form, we store your name, email, phone, and business name where you gave one. We also store the programme, the centre, and your message.
We store whether you agreed to this notice, whether you opted into marketing, and the time in UTC.
We store the page path and the campaign fields listed below.
Please do not include a child’s name, date of birth, photograph, health information, or any other detail about a child.
If you put that in the message anyway, it stays inside the message until someone removes personal data or the retention period ends.
Campaign fields are limited to source, medium, campaign, content, and term. The sheet copy stores source, medium, and campaign together.
We do not store your full IP address. Rate limiting uses a salted hash.
Why
We use this information to reply to the enquiry you sent, and to keep a record of that reply.
Only if you ticked the marketing box do we tell you about admissions dates. You do not need marketing consent to send an enquiry.
You can ask us to stop by emailing info@haebix.com.
Where it goes
The database is the record.
A private spreadsheet may receive a copy so our admissions team can work in a sheet. That sheet must not be published to the web.
Share it only with the technical service account and the people who answer enquiries.
If the sheet is not configured, the database copy still stands.
Three kinds of enquiry
Admissions, franchise, and partnership forms each keep their own category.
Admissions asks for an age group, not a child’s name or health information.
We keep franchise and partnership answers so we can reply.
Marketing consent is its own tick, stored with the time you gave it.
Marketing and opting out
If you do not tick marketing consent, we do not add you to recurring updates.
You can withdraw consent at the opt-out page or by emailing info@haebix.com.
A withdrawn address stays on a suppression list so a later export does not enrol it again.
Staff can download a marketing list and a follow-up list. The marketing list leaves out anyone who did not consent, who opted out, or who is on the suppression list.
Operational follow-up of an enquiry you asked us to answer is not a marketing campaign. It also skips suppressed addresses.
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 is the Indian law teams should read before treating this notice as final.
This page is awareness for the website build. It is not a filing, a consent manager, or legal advice.
For the registered entity name or a grievance contact, write to info@haebix.com.
Cookies and analytics
The consent banner stores your choice in local storage. That choice is essential, so we can remember it.
Google Analytics loads only if you allow analytics and a measurement id has been configured.
Events can include page views, landing pages, and call-to-action clicks. They can also include an admissions prompt impression or dismissal, form starts, submissions, and conversions.
They do not include your name, email, phone, message, or form contents.
Device and browser detail, when it exists, is whatever GA4 records after consent. We do not build a fingerprint, and we do not invent analytics rows for people who said no.
If you choose essential only, the automatic admissions prompt does not run.
That prompt counts time on the site and distinct pages. That is non-essential measurement, so it stays off without analytics consent.
The Admissions, Franchise, and Become a Partner pages still open, and each page can open its form.
How long
We keep an enquiry for one year from the time you submitted it. That expiry is stored in UTC and shown in India time.
After it passes, we remove or replace the name, phone, email, message, follow-up notes, and marketing-consent record.
If you had opted out of marketing, we can keep a hashed form of the email so a later export does not enrol you again. That hash is not the email address.
A legal hold, when staff switch it on for a configured exception, pauses that deletion.
Database backups may keep a copy until the provider’s backup window ends. The working window to ask of a host is the one-year period plus 30 days.
This website does not stream CCTV. You can ask for removal sooner by emailing info@haebix.com.
Staff can also anonymise a row, which re-queues the sheet so the copy is overwritten with “[removed]”.
Children
The DPDP Act gives children’s data extra protection, including limits on tracking and on processing that is not in the child’s interest.
This site does not ask children to create accounts. It does not run behavioural ads at them, and it does not ask for their personal data on the form.
Parents should still avoid typing a child’s identity into the free-text box.
The previous website’s privacy policy was a generic template. It mentioned GDPR and CCPA, and it said the site does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
This policy replaces that template for the new site. It is not legal advice.
