Hi, I am Richa, an education professional with a strong academic foundation and diverse experience in teaching, school leadership, and people management. I hold a B.Ed., a Post Graduate Programme in HR, and a B.A. (Hons.) in English. My early career as an HR professional in corporate organizations helped me build expertise in team management, recruitment, training, and administration — skills that now strengthen my leadership in educational settings.
